This one is easy peasy, and perfect for summertime (Well, it would be better if I had a grill, hence the oven roasted part).
Start with washing your asparagus spears and trimming (or snapping, according to Alton Brown) the ends.
Once clean, spread in a single layer on your baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and top with about freshly minced garlic (I used about 5 cloves, and separated them in half).
Then take your salmon fillet(s) and coat with lemon juice, a good drizzle of olive oil, some salt, pepper, and add the rest of your garlic. Place on the baking sheet with the asparagus.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated 400F (200C) oven for about 12-15 minutes. Remove, and serve.
