My dear blog friend, Becky, over at Creative Contentment went to a Turkish Museum back in March where she and her family learned about Ebru Art. As soon as I saw the post about her adventure, I was swooning over the art!
Last month, Becky decided to give one of these beautiful paintings away! So, I headed over to her blog to enter.
I guess it was my lucky day, I won!
My very own Ebru Art arrived this morning, and I've already got it framed and hung. (Excited much?)

ReplyDeleteThe painting is BEAUTIFUL!! So glad it's yours. Also, loved the demo. Really neat to watch. Kind of reminds me of the lady who makes these candy animals out of sugar in the Japan Pavillion at Epcot. One minute, it's a blob of nothing. The next it's a Unicorn. Blows my mind every time.
